"Water is the ultimate energy drink," says energy coach Jon Gordon,author of the 10-Minute Energy Solution.To make sure that you're never dehydrated and always energized throughout your workouts,check out Gordon's tip:

1.HAVE A WAKE-UP ROUTINE.Drink a cup of water when you first wake up in the a.m to replenish the water your body used up while you were snoozing.

2.KEEP IT CLEAR.As much as possible,drink water instead of soda,juices,or energy drinks.You may want to steer clear of the high sugar content of processed drinks.

3.DRINK BEFORE YOU EAT. if barely two hours have passed since your last full meal and you already feel like you need to agai, drink some water first. We often mistake the body's thirsty alerts for hunger pangs.
