Waterfalls! (a poem)

How I wish to spend time with you,
It would surely not last for just an hour or two.
Where we’d go and what we’d do,
Is really only up to you!
Upon the blackest beaches of sand,
Or off in some exotic land.
We dance inside waterfalls,
So wet!
Something you will not soon forget!
The waters raging,
It overflows.
Where it goes,
Only the waterfall knows.
You touch my skin,
And kiss my face.
You hold me close,
In your embrace.
We watch the sunset,
And also sunrise.
We become lost within,
Each other’s eyes.
As daybreak comes,
our rendevous ends.
My happiness stops,
and sadness begins.
Until again I see you,
Come midnight.
When I fall asleep,
With dreams of you within my sight!

Now that is hucking filarious! hahaha I do once in awhile. Mostly though it's the other.
ha ha ha! The walrus was so cute and chunky I just wanted to love him! Even my son said "I want to buy a walrus, their sooo cute!" and I said, I don't need to...I have my own personal walrus! and he love's me! =) lol

I like waterfalls, they always make me think of cleansing and being washed clean. Fortunately there are hundreds of them here in The National Park, they come in all kinds of sizes too, so its a nature lover's paradise.

This poem is beautifully done. I like how it becomes a dream in the end. Sometimes we feel like happiness can only be achieved in dreams and this is what I got from your wonderful poem. It also leads me to believe in a forever dream of enduring happiness. Great job.

Of all the poems I have read on here that is without a doubt the best, the last half of the poem, wowww it just recaptured a happy time in my life, beautiful my friend, pure poetry, loved it !!
