Mining Gold
World of Warcraft and other video games offer HUGE opportunites for teens. There is a huge aftermarket for individuals to sell the currencies of the games. If you can earn the currency of the game, it can be sold offline. Sure, you need to create a website to sell the gold but you can definitely handle that if you are tech-savvy. Some people sell it on other sites so you may be able to find some of those.

Traditional Methods
A good starter and a traditional job is the Babysitting profession.
This is a good job for ages 12 and up. Start out with your close
neighbors. Settle on your payment terms before accepting the job. Put
out flyers on your street or your community in your home surroundings.
A CPR class would be helpful.
If you have a bicycle, a newspaper route is a wonderful way to start
out making money. Try to find a route in your neighborhood that you are
familiar with and that is safe. Keep track of your newspapers and
customers so you will know who to collect the money from. This can be
excellent income.
Mowing Lawns is great for summer months. Make a flyer on a sheet of
paper and copy them to distribute up and down your streets. Determine
how much you want to charge for your services and include that on the
flyer. This will keep you in business. Don't knock on their door and
ask for water or to use their restroom.
Washing Cars is another great summer job. This would be good for a
small group of kids. The more children you have, the faster and more
cars you can wash. Stay at the same convenient location once you build
your customer base.
When you do a good job, your customers will continue to seek your
services. Always remember to be nice, courteous, respectful, and don't
forget to thank them very much. On any of these jobs, keep your money
in a safe, secure place.
