Women get discouraged whenever they see a lovely couple holding hands on the street; or see their friends getting married to someone else. She might be thinking that she's not attractive to men. Since men nowadays tend to see gorgeous celebrities as their ideal woman, it would be hard to compete for his attention. But that is a fact we must face every day. People are too blinded by how the fashion magazines tell us how to look and act!

Having those insecurities with your face and body is normal. You tend to ask yourself if you are too fat, too thin, too short, too tall, or something that is generally not an accepted "norm" in the society. You shun yourself from the world because of how you look, thinking that no man will ever love you for who you really are. Since media taught society on how should an ideal man or woman must look like; everybody wants to copy them. However, that is not how you should deal with things. If you feel you are not pretty, that is not how you should be thinking. Magazines and movies do not exactly depict the real life. They are just fantasies. It is a fake world filled with beautiful people and colorful stories. But reality is not that way. In a reality world, a problem is not solved by just getting that boy of your dreams to kiss you in the end. You don't need to change your look, lose a couple of pounds to be sexy and make that man go for you.

Always keep in mind that you are an attractive woman. Your attractiveness goes way beyond on what you look. It's the inner soul that matters. All you need is some guidance, to show you what makes you desirable to a man who will want you the way you are. If someone tramples you down, don't think too much about it. Think of them as obstacles and learn how to deal with it.

Be positive and confident. It's unhealthy to think of negative thoughts. Look for simple ways that will make others say that you are beautiful, inside and out. Learnt those mistakes from your past mistakes and never repeat them. That way, you'll become irresistible to any man that you want.
