Ways To Deal With Anger Without Losing Control

Have you ever felt like you are so angry it makes you feel as if your entire body is on fire? Feeling angry is normal. But how do you deal with it?

Every people react differently when they're angry. What you do with your anger and how you manage it is a choice. Anger can be controlled. There are better ways to release your anger than shouting at others or worse, hurting someone else. Wouldn't it be better to release your anger by listening to loud music with your headphones or playing dotA all Stars? It can be anything, as long as you can divert your attention from your anger to something that you enjoy doing.


Sure, there will be times when you just don't have any solid reason to be angry, but, that's normal. Just make sure that you are always aware about the consequences of your action later on.

But of course, no one is perfect. It will take some time and need practise on your side. So, the next time when you feel angry, just ask yourself what makes you feel that way. And always think twice before take any action.
