Ways To Improve Your Self-esteem
59Self-esteem is the evaluative sense of our being, our way of being, of
who we are, the whole body traits, mental and spiritual shape our
personality.
That sentiment plays a key role with respect to all emotions. If
we want to be kinder, calmer, safer self-esteem will be key in the
acquisition of such attitudes.
If we are people with high self-esteem will be easier to acquire
new behaviors that improve our lives, but how to achieve good
self-esteem?
1) We must be consistent with our understanding of life. We become what
we think and not what others think. It is to be selfish, we must always
keep in mind the service of others but that does not mean selling our
thinking and our behavior.
2) Be realistic about our capabilities and our limitations. Our
word is no good the nicest in the neighborhood if we do not support any
of our neighbors. Knowing and accepting our limitations we can improve
them.
3) It is beneficial to have a positive attitude towards life. We
should not be discouraged to the adverse circumstances of life. We must
never lose the north, after the storm is always calm. If we persevere
with our efforts will be strengthened and our self-esteem will be
strengthened.
4) To dedicate the time that we deserve. We take care of
ourselves. A moment of meditation a day is better than an aspirin for
headache. We do activities that satisfy us and entertain us. We should
not burden of obligations. Dedicate time to yourself!
5) Take action. Passivity is the enemy of the soul. Not you to lie
on the couch like you're dead / a living. Television relaxed. I
recommend you reading or hobbies that you're out exercising. It is
shown that exercise increases the segregation of endorphins that make
us feel better.
Never forget this sentence: I am greater than my problems.
