Well, a team of researchers from the University of York (England)
managed to prove that clothing printed with vertical stripes creates an
optical illusion of a bulkier body, which makes you look fat or fat,
this contrary to what we said the fashion industry, which for many
years kept us deceived into believing that wearing vertical stripes
made us see more stylized.
The study that led the expert on perception, Mr Peter Thompson was
to use 200 pairs of photographs of women dressed in clothes of vertical
and horizontal. Then he asked a group of volunteers to evaluate the
images and to indicate which considerably thinner.
Total and to the surprise of everyone, including the fashion
industry, Thompson and his team discovered that women who were wearing
horizontal stripes which volunteers were perceived to be the thinnest.
Conclusion.
It is best to wear clothing with horizontal stripes prints. Of
course, the prints are not miracle. If you are "plump" or "plump" could
conceal some of those excesses, but the most recommendable to remove
kilos de mas, is exercise.
Tell us: Do you ever feel more fat or fat striped garments even
though you recommend it? How did you feel after following the advice of
"experts" in fashion? Never retailer that you looked better with
clothes with horizontal stripes and vertical not insisting you use?
