Web Prosperity Responds Quickly to Criticism

Will It Be Good Enough?
The Pre-Launch of Web Prosperity lasted for nearly 3 weeks and during that time there was a lot of talk about the business opportunity and the product but nobody really new what the tools would be like.
Many people, including myself deduced that the tools would be excellent at Web Prosperity is an offshoot of Simon Grabowski's Implix but there was only one way to find out and that was use them.
I created a Web Prosperity Review site where I was taking a hard, unbiased look at WP from every angle.
On the day that it launched I spend most of my time testing out the Media component which allows you to easy add video, audio, and images to your websites and blogs.
I was quite impressed with their video feature and found that it was very simple to embed the videos onto my blog and websites. There is a 30MB upload limit which is a bit restrictive but it will suit most peoples services.
All in all I would give the Media section the thumbs up.
I was so busy playing with the media I completely missed the Autoresonder or Web Prosperity Contact as it is called. One of my blog readers had left a comment complaining about the autoresponder and how you could only set up one campaign.
I remember checking this during the pre-launch of Web Prosperity and it was defiantely unlimited at that time. My reader actually took a copy of the Terms and Conditions and it clearly states this but it also states that they do reserve the right to change the product at anytime but this is a change that I just couldn't understand.
I made a blog post about why most marketers definitely need more than one autoresponder campaign and also sent a ticket into support. Here is the reply I got from them;
Thank you for contacting WebProsperity.
We decided to change WebProsperity Contact packages to the following:
WebProsperity Premium Builder Package: 1 campaign preloaded with WebProsperity follow ups limit of 10,000 subscribers on the mailing list
WebProsperity Elite Builder Package: 1 campaign preloaded with WebProsperity follow ups + 10 fully customizable campaigns. limit of 10,000 subscribers on the mailing list.
I have some major issues with this;
- The Web Prosperity Premium Builder is for light users and is $29.95 per month. I envisaged promoting this to business that need an autoresponder but with no ability to create a campaign and just the default campaign pre-loaded with WebProsperity emails. This is going to be fairly useless to most businesses and so what are they getting for there $29.95?? Well that get the Web Prosperity Address Book but that is limited to 200 contacts. This is obviously not for businesses. You also get the Web Prosperity Calendar. My conclusion is that the only use for the Web Prosperity Premium Builder Package is for people wanting to promote Web Prosperity but don't have the funds to pay for the $59.95 Elite package
- The Web Prosperity Elite Builder Package gives you access to all of the tools in the Web Prosperity Suite but you only get 10 campaigns with the autoresponder. When I wrote to support they had changed it to 1 as I mentioned and they have responded very quickly and added an extra 0 next to the 1 to make it 10. I'm heartened that they have responded so quickly but still feel that 10 campaigns is still not enough. I have 29 campaigns in my Aweber account and I will most likely develop other mailing lists as I test and move into different markets. Affiliate marketers often will test at least 3-5 markets simultaneously and so this is definitely not geared towards them
Conclusion: It is great that Web Prosperity is responsive but I strongly feel that both the Premium and Elite packages should have unlimited campaigns and unlimited subscribers.
What are your thoughts on the Web Prosperity Autoresponder and what are your experiences of using the Web Prosperity tools?

Hi Valerie, I was hanging around for a while to see if it would get better but it seems that is will just slowly rot away as people realise that it's just a piece of junk. I totally agree with you about the $29.95 Premium Builder package...what a joke, $29.95 for a spot in a company that is doomed due to it's crapy products and services!!

Altho I had thousands in my downline, I deleted my membership and pulled all those I sponsored out of the garbage. They blatantly lied and mislead all pre-launch members. Allit is, is a money thang. The more I found out about Mr David D', the more I realized he had a very bad reputation in the industry. The autoresponders totally stink. Members that pay for the $29.95 plan are buying nothing but a spot in the matrix...you could in fact legally call this ILLEGAL. Not sure, but I think a person could be thrown in jail for selling air and junk....at least they should be.
