One of the best things about beauty pageants is being able to wear a formal gown. This hub will show some of the websites I recommend to find a formal gown for a beauty pageant.

Cinderella's Gowns- The dresses on this site are a little more expensive since they are the official Dress sponsor of Miss Georgia. However, their dresses are gorgeous. If you are going to run for Miss Teen USA or Miss USA, these style of dresses would be perfect for you.

Jovani- Jovani specializes in form fitting and straight flowing type of dresses. However, their bold designs and bright colors are sure to get you noticed. This was one of my favorite dress sites when I was competing.

Mary's Bridal- Don't push off just because it is a bridal dress website. Some of my best and winning pageant dresses came from them. You are able to order a lot of their dresses in colors other than white. They are high quality and less expensive than other dress websites.

Landa Designs- They have their own separate section for pageant dresses. They are similar to Jovani.

Alyce Designs- They have many different style of dresses to choose from, even a B'Dazzle line.

There are so many more to choose from. However, these will get you a head start on trying to find a gown. Remember, if this is your first pageant, I would not spend a ton of money on a dress unless you are going to use it for prom. The reason being, if you don't like competing in pageants, you don't want to know that you spent around $500-$1000 for a dress that you will never wear again.
