Now a days, in eastern countrues like india, students are preferring basic science courses. They are more for applied science like computer application etc,textiles, agricultural science, etc.

But -this is not a good sign.Expert scientists are warning. Unless there is sufficient study in basic science,research in applied fields won't grow. So, talented students , without any hesitation, must select basic science courses.
