12 to 18 Months:
* What's your wedding date?
* Have you set a budget for your wedding?
* Did you start writing your guest list? Do you have an estimate of how many people you will have at your wedding? This number will come in handy when choosing your wedding venue, that way you won't have to waste your time going to or looking at wedding venues that can only accommodate 100 people and you know your range is already at 150 plus wedding guest.
* Did you book your wedding reception and wedding ceremony locations? Note Popular wedding venues get booked quick, 12 to 18 months in advance. Will this venue provide silverware, glassware? Are you allowed to bring in a caterer or do they provide the food and give you options? Will your food be plated or buffet style? Will they provide drinks and/or alcohol? What about ice and or refrigeration? What about centerpieces? Note Know exactly what you are paying for and know exactly what you are getting This is a huge event that you are putting on and all bases must be covered! If you chose a location for your wedding reception, be sure that you get a printout of what will be provided to you and at what price. They can always come back later and say they quoted you a different price and there is no time to play he said she said. You must get it in writing
* What kind of wedding dress do you have or are considering? Are you having it made by a seamstress or ordered through a bridal shop?
* Who's in your wedding? (bridesmaids, flower girl, ring bearer, groomsmen)
6 to 12 Months:
* Do you have a caterer in mind? Do they offer tastings and what will they provide for you other than food? Book them as soon as you can. Note Caterers with good reps will be booked quickly. Do the same for your florist, photographer, videographer, and music
* What wedding stationary did you choose (style/monogram/theme) for your wedding invitations, wedding programs, wedding reception menu, escort cards, place cards? proofread every letter and line
* What type of bridesmaid dresses did you choose? Will your bridesmaid dresses be made or ordered by bridal shop? Do you have specific rules for your bridesmaids, like hairstyles, shoes, nails and makeup?
* Do you have your wedding band or does it need to be sized an ordered?

* What stores did you choose for your wedding registry?
* Have your bridesmaids been fitted and measured for alterations
* Where will your rehearsal dinner be? what's on the menu?
* What gifts will you be giving your bridesmaids, what about wedding favors for your wedding guest?
* What hairstylist and makeup artist will you be using, do they give test trials or test runs, to make sure the makeup and hair style suits you? Please bring a photo of the hairstyle like or want, so time will not be wasted for you and the hairstylist
1 to 3 Months:
* Did you send your photo to the newspaper with wedding details?
* Are you writing your wedding vows?
* Do you have list of what songs are to played and at what time? (wedding ceremony, first dance for wedding reception, father daughter etc)
* Are all stationary items in hand such as wedding programs, escort cards, place cards, menu's?
* Was your wedding dress altered while wearing your bridal shoes?
* Do you have all accessories such as jewelry, gloves, tiara, garter, something borrowed something blue?
* When and where will your bridal shower be held? What's on the menu?
* When and where will your bachelorette party be held?
1 to 4 Weeks:
Take care of yourself, have a SPA day, relieve some stress, have a facial and hair treatment to prep your skin and hair for your wedding day. Don't forget box of Kleenex for all the tears of joy. Happy Wedding Day
