Weight Lifting at the Beach

A few weeks ago me and my family planed to go on a trip together to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. To be honest at first I was excited, I didnt even consider my weight lifting goals or how I was going to acheve them at the beach. So I had heard that my motel had a gym or atleast their site said. With that said I was ready, I packed my usual, protein powder, protein bars and my goal sheet. Over all I was ready to take a nice relaxed vacation. The next day when we arrived the first thing I decided to do was check out this so called gym at my motel, unfortunetlly when I arrived at the exerciseing room I was extremly upset. The gym that I had expected was nothing more than a few elipictals, and tredmills. This week was going to be relaxing for sure but I had to be able to atleast attempt to stay with my program. The next morning I woke up bright and early and took off for a 3 mile jog to a pier down the beach and back. Thankfully I seen this guy doing a popular workout called p90x or something like that. We took turns showing each other different bodyweight workouts aswell as some new stuff from his program I have never seen. When I got back to the room I was suprized! I was actully sore! I drank me some yummy protein powder and took me a good nap. This week was going to be a alright week after all thanks to some inavative workouts and protein powder!
