1. Make Sure the Trainers and Camp Leaders are Certified
There are a lot of shady people out there, so make sure the camp leaders are qualified to run an adult weight loss camp. The best place to check is at your local gym and on the internet.
2. Make Sure the Camp is Safe
Well, you are going to be staying at a place for quite some time, so make sure you feel safe while you are there.
3. Buy a Training Journal So You Can Remember the Exercises When You Get Home
