I have often considered the possibility of writing for a weight loss magazine - but decided against it in favour of publishing my work online.

The benefits of a weight loss magazine used to be that you can take it with you and read it when you're out and about. Now you can get all the information you need on the internet and print it out!


Which Online Weight Loss Magazine Is Right For You?

It can be difficult to choose an online weight loss magazine, so I have reviewed a few of my favourites below...

As the name suggests, this course is pretty foolproof. It is possible to lose around 9lbs every 9-10 days, without using low carb, low calorie or low fat diets. You don't have to starve yourself or use any drugs. Fat Loss 4 Idiots is my number 1 recommendation.

Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle is a simple guide to losing weight, and building up muscle at the same time. This is a great way to keep the weight off and stay in great shape.

Be Careful!

Avoid any weight loss magazine that requires you to starve yourself to lose weight. This is not healthy, and can actually be worse for your health than keeping the weight on!

It's also not sustainable, you'll just end up putting the weight back on again. Check out my reviews above and make an informed decision about which weight loss magazine to follow.
