Here's a 7 day Weight Loss Program to Lose Stomach Fat
First day: All fruits except bananas your first day will consist of all the fruits you wants. It is strongly suggested that you consumes a lots of melons the first day especially water melon and a loupe. If you limit your fruits consumptions to melons, your chances of losing three lbs on first day are very good.
Second day: All vegetables you are encourage to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetable of your choice there is no limits on the amount or type for your complex carbohydrate you will start day two with a large baked potato for breakfast you may top the potatoes with one pat of butter.
Third day: A mixtures of fruits and vegetables of your choice any amount any quantity. No bananas yet. No potatoes today.
Fourth day: Bananas and milk today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drinks three glass of milk. This will be combine with the special soup which may be eaten in limited quantity. Fifth day: Today is the feast day you will eat beef and tomatoes. Eat two 10 oz portion of lean beef hamburger is OK combine this with six whole tomatoes. On day five you must increases your water intake by one quarts. This is to cleans your system of the uric acids you will be producing.
Sixth day: Beef and vegetables today you may eat an unlimited amount of beef and vegetables eat to your hearts contents.
Seventh day: Today your food intake will consists of brown rice, fruit juice and all the vegetables you care to consume.
- Start by exercise for 10 minutes, 6 days per week, or 20 minutes, 3 days per week if you can do 60 minutes then even better.
- Always starts with a light walked to warm up, and then increase the pace of your walk.
One of the biggest mistake people makes when they start an exercise programs is they reduced the amounts of activities they do for the rest of the day. They think I have already done my exercise for the day and they sit on the lounge. To really lose that weights you need to make sure that you remains active for the rest of the day Do not spend the rest of the day in bed or on the couch.
Exercise for weights loss does not have to be hard, just consistent if you can get some form of exercise most days of the week, you will not only lose weight, you'll also be fitter more important though, you will live longer. Just a small amount of exercises can reduces your risks of heart diseases significantly. I have provided some exercises program here
for beginners. Choose one to start with then as you get used to that walking programs, picks another and mix them up remember start out at a low intensity and build it up as your body adapts. Any exercises is good so have a think about what you enjoy doing.
