Low Fat Foods To lose his weight he tried Low Fat Diets but he found he was getting more overweight. He, therefore, has to think that eating purely low fat foods is not the solution for losing weight. So Low Fat Foods do not work.
Low Calorie Diets He tried Low Calorie Diets but it only slowed down his body's fat burning engine ending all chances of losing weight. Ultimately he decided that he can never get slim by starving himself. So Low Calorie Diets do not work.
Low Carb Plans He tried Low Carb Plans but he felt that they are too strict and too hard to follow for average people. That's why he finds it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate diet. So Low Carb Plans do not work.
Ultimately he tried "New Accelerated Fat Burning Diet" and realized he is losing 9 lbs every 11 days. He is happy now.
