Weight Loss, the natural way

Focus of weight loss is keeping healthy rather than reducing the size or becoming lean.

Easy weight loss tips can help shed considerable amount, if practiced consistently and seriously. These depend upon natural food and water and other newer techniques include air breathing and solar initiation.

The more positive the self-esteem, the more self-confident you are, the better you feel about yourself, the faster and easier and permanent it will be for you to lose weight.   Avoid negative emotions, which will also interfere with the weight loss program. It's difficult to stay motivated to lose weight when you feel bad. Overeating often accompanies negative emotions like depression, anxiety, fear, guilt and anger. If it is there, a stress management program including some exercise and relaxation exercises is a pre-requisite.

Eat right: Weight loss through the burning of stored fat is all about eating enough of the right kinds of foods to enable the metabolism stay as high as possible. The kind of food depends on the kind of weight loss regimen. In general, as much as possible, eat only fresh and unprocessed foods.  While watching the serving portions you are consuming, never skip meals. Avoid trans-fat and other unhealthy forms of fat.

Break up meals into 5 or 6 smaller ones. This helps speeding up metabolism and keeping one from getting too hungry in between meals.

Eat slowly and stretch your meals to, at least, 20 minutes or longer. Your stomach, mouth and brain are all connected and it takes 20 minutes of chewing before your stomach signals your brain that you are full.

Limit strictures: Weight loss should not be synonymous with deprivation.  If you like to eat chocolates or ice cream, just eat less of it than what you normally do. Do not to be overly strict about what you eat.

Never skip a meal.  Stay full with healthy, nonfattening foods and your metabolism will continue to burn your stored fat as fast as your body will allow.  The first meal after waking starts up the metabolism. The metabolism then speeds up for about eight hours and then starts slowing down until going to sleep when it goes to low until you wake and eat and start the cycle again. When breakfast is skipped, metabolism doesn't get started until lunch time. That means a miss of three or four hours of fat burning time. When you skip meals during the day, your metabolism also slows down. If one feels hungry, the metabolism slows down.   Increase your metabolism by as much as 40% by using hot and spicy foods such as hot peppers of all varieties and mustards.  For double duty, give up fat filled mayonnaise for mustard and add hot peppers to your food for greater flavor and increased metabolism.

Water is the main supplement which enables an active metabolism of the stored fat.  Drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day is important (though it may result in frequent trips to bath room, which is worth it).   This helps flush out the body system and rid of impurities, toxins and fat.    Drink a large glass of ice water just before meals (!!). The cold causes the stomach to shrink slightly which will make you feel full faster.  Large quantities of water can be substituted by green or herbal tea.  Before retiring to bed also drink enough water. Nothing quells the appetite like water, lots and lots of water.  Water not only fills up and lessens the appetite, it prevents those "hungry horrors", when the blood sugar drops and one wants then cookies, candy, ice cream, fries or other high-calorie treats.

Decrease fat intake - try for no more than 20 grams per day. When you go fat free or low fat, you also cut out much of the taste of the foods you eat. Add the flavor back with herbs and spices. Anything suitable to one out of the strong flavors such as vinegar, garlic, chili powder, cayenne, curry powder, rosemary and tarragon can be used to doctor up any food you are eating.

Increase intake of fiber rich foods like whole grain pasta and bread. They will help fill you up faster and will help all the food you eat pass through your digestive system more easily

.

Increase fruit and vegetable intake, at least 5 servings per day - these are packed with vitamins.

Reduce intake of caffeine at least by 50%. Caffeine leads to an increase of insulin in your body which retards the burning of your stored fat.

Don’t eat late at night: Try not to eat for at least 2/3 hours before going to bed. Listen to the body - it will tell when it is full, hungry, stressed or tired and act accordingly.

Exercise is the most important key to increasing your metabolism and burning off excess fat. Researches show that you burn more stored fat for energy when you do aerobic exercises on an empty stomach than on a full stomach and when you exercise late in the day rather than in the morning.  About Thirty minutes of aerobic exercises, in the late afternoon/early evening before dinner is the ideal time for exercise.  Second best is in the morning before breakfast. Our metabolism naturally starts to slow down about 8 hours after we wake up.  This produces a significant increase in fat burned off, even after the exercise is over.

If there is a sudden leap towards weight loss, chances are that one will crash from it eventually. So, the program should be made in such a way to enable the body to accommodate it gradually.  The progress made also may be recorded for future reference to track the trend of weight loss and take corrective actions.

Breath away fat: One another incredible method weight loss is healthier and more natural i.e. just breathing “chi” (meaning "subtle breath", in Chinese language – energy extracted from atmosphere). The body gets nutrition, from air instead of from food during periods of reduced food intake, which resets body metabolism. Instead of diet, exercise or drug one has to rely mostly on rhythmic contractions of the stomach and special internal breathing techniques.  It proved to be effective, easy, fun, safe, and natural weight loss technique. It converts this air energy into vitamins, enzymes, etc. that the body needs. Exercises for trimming buttocks and belly build up energy and erase fatigue.

Solar Initiation i.e. attuning one to the inner rhythms of the sun in the early morning is both a spiritual practice as well as a way to accelerate the body's metabolism so that food cravings more easily just fall away. The Sun is ultimately what sets the metabolism of all natural creatures, large and small, on planet earth. By during this initiation you will greatly expand your ability to absorb solar power and for healing or for losing weight.

Practise some hobbies like knitting or painting would keep the hands busy.

It can be observed from the above that stress and reliance are very much laid on the Mother Nature i.e. Natural food, Water, Air, Solar Energy.  In the ancient times, our forefathers practiced all those things (rather contrarily, the contaminations/pollution/ozone layer puncture as they are available now were not available then). In those days, very rarely one would have come across bellied persons.  They already lost weight.
