Weight Loss 101

A lot of people associate weight loss with hard work. Not so.

Actually, if you do it 'right', weight loss couldn't be any easier. I'll take you through the basics, c'mon.

Weight loss 101

When beginning weight loss and when you're going to take that first step, there are a few things to keep in mind.

  • Weight loss is not temporary! That's why a simple diet won't work, because people see it as a temporary thing.
  • Weight loss is as hard as you want it to be.

  • You need to change your HABITS. once those gets installed in your subconscious, then it's smooth sailing, er, I mean weight loss.
  • You need a system, guidlines to follow, or the weight loss isn't going to either.
  • WEIGHT LOSS IS NOT HARD!

When you want to experience that slim feeling in your body, "the weight loss experience", you're gonna need a few simple guidlines to follow. It's no point to try to lose weight of you have no idea what you're doing. Weight loss won't happen, simple as that.

AND NOW, introducing...

The Magic Weight Loss Formula

The magic weight loss formula?

What?

Yes, that's right. I came up with this "equation" yesterday actually, thought it was useful. This is what weight loss ultimately boils down to.

The Magic Weight Loss Formula: 

Proper Foods + Proper Eating + Regular Exercise = Weight Loss

That's it, the weight loss formula... What it rakes to achieve that perfectly slim body...

Let me explain it in more detail.

  • Proper Foods: Lots and lots of greens, veggies and fruits. Lots of fiber and protein. This is vital for weight loss, in fact, all of the parts to the formula is.

  • Proper Eating: Eat once every three hours. This is because if you don't eat for a while your body is gonna think that you're not getting more food for a while, so it will start conserving the energy you've got. In other words, your body will start STORING fat. This is sort of counter intuitive, but it will just drive you further away from your weight loss goals.

  • Regular Exercise: Yes, cardio is most effective for weight loss. Exercise at least three times a week. You have to do it regularly too, or the habit won't kick in. This is also crucial to weight loss. Remember to have fun!

My Recommendation for Ultimate Weight Loss

If you want to achieve your ultimate weight loss goals permanently, and still have fun and make it all easy... You're gonna need a better formula!

Honestly, my formula is just the very basics. If you want muscle definition and a perfect beach body, you will need something powerful. Something that will take you to the point where weight loss is impossible!

My recommendation?

My recommendation is actually a weight loss book, it's called Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle. You might have heard of this book, it's been a best seller since 2003!

And for good reason too. This book is pretty big, but still there's not fluff. It's like "do this, do that, don't do this." It's like the weight loss bible.

This is an honest recommendation and it's transformed the body of many.

However, what you must do is to TAKE ACTION!

Your weight loss dreams won't fulfill themselves you know.

I hear ya "Yeah I'm interested, but how much does it cost?".

Good question. Many of the weight loss books these days cost up to $200 or even $300 dollars. The people are just trying to exploit struggling people and make a quick buck.
