*Eat at least 5 fruits/vegetables servings per day. Fresh fruits are better than fruit juice

*Eating small and frequent meals keep the calorie intake and blood sugar level balanced.

*A product labeled as low-carb or low-sugar or fat-free does not mean it is low in fat or calories. See the ingredient or nutrient table.

*Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.

*Having a big breakfast helps you to eat fewer total calories rest of the day.

*Eat slowly
