Learn how to burn fat and lose weight.

There are Zillions of people trying to lose weight in the whole world. Everybody is trying to look great and to be as healthy as possible.

There is a huge amount of methods, diets, cures and pills, aiming the same pursue, of lose weight.

There are some old proven methods to lose weight that have been forgotten. Possible because they are so simple or because they don’t look complicated and sophisticated enough.

The equation governing the lose of weight in the majority of cases is still the same: If the intake of calories in the long run, stays lower than the calories burned, the person loses weight.

As simple as that: If a person intake of calories is 1800 per day and the calories burned this same day are 2500, this person is on the right track to lose weight. If this person keeps this balance long enough, over a period of time.

Once we know this principle. Let’s explain how we can apply this method to a dynamic plan of action that should takes us to our goal with the confidence, that we will lose weight; with fun and with no deprivation of any important food group.

First of all, we will gain new eat- and live- habits that will bring us easily to lose weight and to stay in the right weight, if we stick to those healthy habits.

Start the day drinking a big glass of water. This only daily action brings wonders.

Do some exercise before breakfast .It can be walking, bicycle riding, light stretching, light weight lifting, aerobics, or working with your own weight; like push ups, lounges and sit ups. Can be some type of yoga exercise or taichi, among others.

Every kind of exercise works if done consistently. This will contribute to the calorie’s burning of the day.One of the most kept secrets to lose weight is that: you have to build lean muscles.If you gain muscles,  they will provide for a fasterrate of fat burning in the body, even if you are sleeping. So target the kind of excercise that you do to gain musces and incease your muscular tone.

Have breakfast. Do not skip breakfast. When you skip breakfast, you do more harm to yourself, than what you help yourself. If you skip breakfast, your brain will send signals to your body to go “on save” mode. This will slow down your metabolism and on the contrary. What you need is to speed up your metabolism, to accelerate the calorie’s burning process.

Best breakfast recommendations could include some cereal, some oats and some fruits.

Of course we will include from the beginning portion’s control. The ideal portion is so big as a CD, so you have an idea, no matter what you choose for breakfast, of the size of the portion you will eat.

Drink plenty of water during the day. Try to drink the highly recommended eight glasses of water during your day. Water binds fat, hydrates your system; your skin, your intestines, your lymphatic system, your blood. Remember we' re more than 80% water. After eating some fast food or some fat food, put some lemmon in the water that you drink.

Have some grapefruit so many times as you can. Grapefruit is a natural fat burner.

Spice up your food. Spices incrase the rate of your metabolism. Drink green tee. It is a metabolism accelerator.

Have some snack before lunch; best recommendations could be some fruit pieces or whole cereal snack bars with high fiber and protein content.

Have lunch. Do not skip it. The best recommendations could be some lean- or white –meat, with steamed vegetables or salad.

Have a second snack after lunch. It could be some fruit or pro biotic yogurt... Once at home create your self a sport program or exercise routine. It should last at least 45 minutes. This is the right time to burn calories an mass and lose weight.

I highly recommend: join a gym, or play some tennis, basketball, swim, walk, use a re bounder, elastic band and weights. Work hard and sweat!

During your sport session remain hydrated, drink enough water.

For dinner take some lean meat or fish, and a huge bowl of salad. If you still are hungry, have a yogurt or a whole wheat slice of bread with some cheese before going to bed.

If you adapt this general rules to your daily program. I guarantee you. You will see positive results faster than you think.

The most important thing is you don’t need to dissociate yourself from any kind of food that you like and feel frustration.

If you know, you cheated on your portions and have eaten too much, then exercise longer and try to work harder in your fitness.

If you love to eat ice cream, cheese cake, pastries or pizza. You can still eat them. Just you have to eat them separately from other food; and then take especial intensity in your training to burn them away!

Use your loved foods as reward for results, you are achieving already!

Don’t try to lose in just two weeks, the pounds that took you years to gain!.. Plan your losing of weight in a long and relaxed time frame.
