I don't agree with your analysis on Krypton gas. It is, in fact, more dense and more efficient but it is not the only element that offers efficiency. (Xeon and Plasma windows are other up and coming technologies but are far too expensive for the average homeowner at this time.) If a homeowner needs to understand one thing, it is u-factors which are an independent rating from an independent agency.
