Is your life spent with you always running, but you do not run enough?

I can relate. Often, I have a good running schedule going. At other times, I slack off. But I have certainly run enough to know what I like in a running shoe. And here it is...

The best running shoes should certainly be supportive of you -- your feet, your knees, and the whole rest of you. You have to have that spring in your step, right? These shoes should also be durable, no doubt. Of course, you do not want to pay through the old nose for your new running shoes. (I know I don't, anyway.) And finally -- and most importantly, in my opinion -- the best running shoes should be "green" -- produced and brought to market with sustainability in mind.
