Let me start by saying I don't know the first thing about writing. Nothing. Zilch. Nada. All I know about writing is well, to write about what I'm passionate about. I don't know how to make money from it, how to tweak it, how to sell it, or anything along those lines. I just know what I like and then I write about just that. I'm not any different than anyone else in that I happen to like a lot of different things so it was so hard trying to narrow things down.

I'm in love with the idea of using natural remedies instead of running to the doctor for every little thing. I have regular check-ups to make sure that I'm healthy overall, which I am, and Yes I know the difference between taking a simple laxative for a bout of constipation and trying to treat myself for say a broken leg or something. But, for the most part I'm just simply talking about my love for natural remedies, and using herbal supplements to help myself feel better.

I also like talking about my issue with HG because if you've ever had, you Never forget it. It is one of those life-changing experiences that stays with you forever, chile. Trust me on this! This is not something you get past so easy so I wouldn't say that I'm obsessed with it, but I do write it alot. Now, my daughter, she would say that I'm obsessed with it. I just want to write a book about my horrible experience. But, I'm just saying.

At any rate, moving right along here... I found a book (get outa here) on how to sell books online. I'm going to give it a try and see how it goes. So far so good, so wish me luck. My goal is focused more on getting the word out about HG than making money about. Seriously, more research needs to be done on this disease because, after all, babies are still being born, which means that some of those mommies are having a hard time bringing them into this world ---what with all the nausea and vomiting, and dehydration, Lawd, it still amazes me that folks are still having babies after the first one.

I bought the book ya'all. And everything is going well with it. I love it. It's turned someone like me into a bonifide writer. I have to pinch myself because I can't believe that this is happening for me. It's like a dream come true. God is so good, I'm telling you! I get to write about my experience, plus I get to increase awareness about Hyperemesis Gravidarum. This feels so good to get the word out, help others at the same time while fulfilling a lifelong dream of writing a book. Whew, I have to pinch myself because this is such a good feeling to be able to do any of this. Okay, I'm going to try to contain all this excitement now. But this is crazy! Yeah for me....okay, now I'm done for real this time (smile).

This is the book I bought and I'm so glad that I took a chance on it. I love it, and  I can't say enough about it except to say thank you thank you thank you  to the author.
