There are many different ways in which we process information in this so-called-physical world: The world in which is based on this phenomena called reality (again, language being limited to define this condition). Our five senses give us feed-back about the reality that continues to help us navigate along our path (life). Understanding our senses is the first step.  How we process information through our information centers is a natural occurrence. Nothing out of the ordinary here, but what can be extra-ordinary is how we strengthen these centers of sensations to open our channels to receive more insight.

Again, it's worth repeating, we are born with five senses.  I don't believe in a 6th Sense. No.  We have identified our senses and tuning into those sense is the first step in developing a greater sensitivity toward other sorts of information.  That is, psychic impressions are not something foreign or an impossibility. Yes, it's true that some individuals have came into this world with an increased sensitivity resulting in an increased ability to hear, smell, see, taste, and feel that which some others cannot.  But, as many more have come to understand, we can fine 'tune' these faculties and the more we use certain exercises, the stronger our sensitivity in all areas.

Think of this type of work as you would your muscles.  What happens if we just use our muscles everyday in no extra exerting way? No working out, no weight lifting, only using our muscles to accomplish activities we were born to do: Walking, standing, sitting, lying down.  Now, what happens to these muscles when we do extra activities like jogging, bike riding, weight lifting, swimming, skiing, and so on? We build more mass.  This is something very similar to our existing senses.  We can push them further and it's a whole lot of fun!  Learning new ways to use our senses can not only sharpen them but can make you more psychic!
