Walking very self assured towards the audition hall, was a guy who was self confident, classy and had a good voice and when Kara DioGuardi asked him whether he could be the next American idol or not an he simply said” I think so”. Yes reader I am talking about the man who has the most unique voice American idol has ever seen. It is MR ADAM LAMBERT.

Adam Lambert was born on January 29; 1982.he started his acting and singing career when he was just 10.he auditioned from San Diego for American idol. And was readily accepted and praised by all judges.

He had many artistic capabilities like changing every song into his style. As he sang Cher’s believe and he simply slowed it down. In country week he sang ring of fire and he added and subtle sitar feel to it. Just going out of the way he sang Gary Jules arrangement of "Mad World”, not the typical tears for fears arrangement. And that innovation even earned him a standing ovation form Simon cowell...

But this article is not about his life biography or his achievements in AMERICAN IDOL. Rather it is to question that what exactly future holds for this young and talented artist. The night before the American idol finale Simon cowell said that "it would be the biggest upset for American idol, if Adam won’t win it".

But shockingly On May 20, 2009, Lambert was announced as the runner-up for the eighth season of American Idol which left many people and idol fans aghast and shocked. Because no one expected him to loose. Every fan was disturbed and was frustrated on this unexpected result. The show ended and left all the fans questions unanswered.

Many things were opened up after the finale. Adam Lambert’s photos of kissing a man came into scene during the idol season and every one started talking about his sexuality. The commentators on The O'Reilly Factor; the panel agreed that the images would likely have no impact on the competition. But media started propaganda against him that if he wins it he would be the first gay American idol. And that really worked against him.

But while giving an interview to rolling stones he confirmed that

 "I don't think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear I'm gay... I'm proud of my sexuality. I embrace it. It's just another part of me.”

And in another interview he confirms that interior designer and artist Drake LaBry is his boy friend

"OK, let me set the record straight with you on the boyfriend thing—Yes, Drake and I are dating. You can say that".

Even people started accusing Kris Allen and Adam Lambert to be the gay partners as they both used to share the same room in American idol journey and they are best friends. After American idol in an interview some one asked kris Allen that “if Lambert is his "closest gay."

But they both laughed at it and Kris said "That's what's wrong with the world. Why can't everyone just get along?"

While Adam being a little more brief explained "People get so scared and uncomfortable with the ways in which they are different. I think it's a testament to Kris that he's completely comfortable in his own skin, comfortable with his sexuality. He's a straight man, he's married, and it's not threatening for him to be friends with a gay guy." 

But this is not the time to look back at what happened and why did he loose because in front of his brilliant voice and his talent winning a mere competition is not so important. Billboard magazine and Rolling Stone magazine on May 22 confirms that Adam Lambert announced has signed a deal for his debut album with 19 Entertainment and Rather album is scheduled for FALL release, whereas before he had only mentioned a 2009 release. He expressed his wish of working with slash "When I was working with Slash I felt at home."

During a press conference with Leonine, Adam Lambert gave a detail description about his upcoming album to make his fans aware beforehand about the genre he will have in future.

He describes his album as” fusion” with elements of rock, pop, electric, and glam. The lyrics will definitely be optimistic and will surely be inspirational. He says,”My record will be kind of a rock-pop-electronic-dance thing,” he said. “I don’t know how to describe it. I think it’s going to take on a life of its own, as far as genre goes.”

 On June 19, 2009, Hi Fi Recordings and Wilshire Records revealed that they would be releasing on with the Show, a compilation of songs Lambert had recorded prior to American Idol while working as a session musician. The album's first single is "Want." Lambert later issued a statement through 19 Entertainment stating, "Back in 2005 when I was a struggling artist, I was hired as a studio singer to lend my vocals to tracks written by someone else.

He further added" I was broke at the time and this was my chance to make a few bucks, so I jumped at the opportunity to record for my first time in a professional studio. The work I did back then in no way reflects the music I am currently in the studio working on."

But surely every fan of Adam wants to hear something from him whether it’s new or old. Lame or good. And seriously the single aint bad.atleast Adam’s soothing voice has made it very special. I cannot stop listening to it because it has Adam’s voice and I am sure we all are waiting for his new album but until then we all can listen to "want".

The competition ended and Kris Allen was announced as the winner but everyone is wondering will he be more famous then Adam? He is a good singer and god looking as well but when it comes to the real singing talent he can not take it from Adam. Adam is a real glam rocker and the results are in front of us. Just after the competition he became the most talked about celebrity in Hollywood whether it is for his look, his sex appeal or his singing talents. Just for that reason he was voted in the top ten lists of best bachelors of 2009 issued by gossip girls. Rock group Queen, with whom Lambert performed on the season finale, are said to be considering asking Lambert to be their new frontman.It is also a possibility that Adam will sing a song for twilight sequel: new moon.

After all these achievements in just two months it really seems that till the end of this year he will take the whole control over the music scene. Off you go then Adam? We all love your voice!
