Along with finding out that the fatloss4idiots diet allows a person to lose weight by eating, I also came across a technique which is used to make this possible. It's called calorie shifting. Being the very curious person that I am, I looked further into the technique known as calorie shifting. I found out some pretty interesting stuff. Here are some of the facts that help sum up the idea behind calorie shifting.
- Fat is either stored or burned after eating
- This is determined by the type of food that you eat
- Calorie shifting makes sure that fat is burned more often

Thanks for the article. I actually was aquinted with this method before i read your article; its my 3rd day of dieting(with this method). the only thing that really concerned me before starting was the fact that i already had lost about 10 ibs with a low-carb diet before i started with this one! Suddenly, I started to eat lots of carbs, which i never did with the low-carb diet... so i have to say i gained a few pounds in these 3 days.. but i really hope that this is temporary and that i WILL have lost those 9 ibs at the end of these 11 days.
since there is no further instructions on such methos on the diet handbook or diet help of fattloss4idiots, i wondered if you knew/or could advise anything on this matter...

First of all it may take some time for your body to adjust to your new dieting regime especially since you were previously eating based on a low carb diet.
Another thing to realize is that while there is the potential to lose 9 lbs every 11 days this may not always be the case due to many different variables. In your case you need to let your body adjust to this new diet.

I like the way you've presented Fat Loss 4 Idiots. As far as it concerns me, the shifting calorie diet has proved effective (however people should expect to lose a little less than 9 lbs. in 11 days). I've followed the program step-by-step and managed to lose over 20 lbs. in 3 weeks.
