There are those of us that love to rough it in the outdoors with camping in a tent and cooking all of our food over an open fire.  We enjoy all of the things about completely camping.  Then there are those of us that can semi-rough it in the outdoors.  We don’t mind being in the outdoors, but we want to not sleep on the ground in a tent.  Then there are those of us that move on up to wanting to be in the outdoors, but enjoy having a place to sleep and cook our meals other than over an open campfire.  On top of that we really want to be able to shower and get clean once in awhile.  Then there is the person who likes the idea of camping is sleeping in a hotel room, showering, having breakfast made for them and then heading out to the outdoors for a good hike for the day.  Which one are you?  Most of us fit into one of these types of campers. 

For most people they fit somewhere in the middle of all of this.  Some like to rough it sometimes for a vacation and then for a real vacation they like to be in a hotel or somewhere they can get a good night sleep.  Regardless of what type of camper you are there is a solution that can keep you in the outdoors, but help you get a good nights rest and even get most of the amenities you are looking for.  RV’s are becoming a very popular solution for those that have these needs or want to be able to travel around and see many different sites and be able to stop as they need to.  For some you might be wondering what an RV is?  In very simple terms it is a recreational vehicle.  Recreational vehicles have a huge variety.  You can go from a very simple RV that provides a place to sleep and can pull it behind your vehicle to a motor home that has all of the accessories you could ever imagine.  The options are endless.

There are many things to consider and one of the first things to consider is price.  You will definitely find that a motor home costs much more than a simple RV.  There might be things that you still want for your RV, but are unable to afford them.  The nice thing is that there are several different RV accessories to help make a simple RV the perfect choice for you.  There might come a day that you can afford the motor home, but for now if what you can afford is a simple option of an RV then it is worth taking a look at RV accessories.

1.      There are some basic necessities that are critical to your success with an RV.  Some of those basics are things such as a sewer hose and a water hose.  These are things that you might not think of, but can become critical in any camping situation.

2.      When we think of accessories that will make our trip more comfortable we think about the kitchen.  We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and it’s important to be able to organize it in a way that we store as much as we can in an organized and tight fashion.  You can find accessories such as kitchen organizers and options for trash cans. 

3.      You always need a plate for eating on and you can find dispensers that will store plates and you can pop them out as you need them instead of finding a place for a big bag of plates to sit on a counter or cupboard.

4.      RV’s are a great way to go, but it can become challenging to find counter space and options for preparing food.  There are options for counter extensions, cutting boards that can balance easily over the sink with a sink cover and many other options for preparing food.  This can help a lot.

5.      Once you are done preparing the food it can become the job of cleaning up the kitchen and how to store your dishes to dry.  There are compact ways to dry your dishes and store them.
