The question of whether humankind ate vegetables and grain first or meat first can be answered several ways. The American lifestyle writer Harvey Diamond expressed it thusly: You put a baby in a crib with an apple and a rabbit; if it eats the rabbit and plays with the apple, I’ll buy you a new car. Nearly a century ago Samuel Butler noted that man is the only animal that can remain on friendly ...

Are you looking for a good daily complete liquid vitamin? Something that combines all of your nutritional needs into one? Find out what what makes a daily liquid vitamin complete for consumption and what the best liquid vitamin and mineral nutritional supplement is.

Many American diets are deficient in the recommended daily intake of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. It's wide spread all over the news and media - the association with disease and the lack of these life line supplements in the American diet. Thanks to all the publicity these headliners are generating, Americans are beginning to become a lot more health and wellness conscious and aware. The need to supplement the daily diet with a complete vitamin supplement is becoming ever more prevalent.

Why do we need a Daily Complete Vitamin?

I'm sure you've already heard, but if you haven't, the foods we eat these days, no matter how organic or pure, are lacking in important vitamins and minerals. And it will probably infuriate and/or appall you if I get into depth about the foods that aren't organic, so I'm not going there right now. Even still, the best of the best soil is somewhat depleted in important nutrients that compose the foods we consume. For that reason, the need to add a complete vitamin supplement to the daily diet is constantly on the rise.

And let's face it, if we have to take a vitamin, we live in a day and age that wants it fast and painless. We live in a high pace society and we want things done now and our way [Burger King's "have it your way" slogan about sums it up]. Thankfully, science is also rapidly and constantly showing a lot of discoveries and advancements in the health and medical field. Take, for example, daibetics - they no longer have to visit a doctor to be tested, but instead can use diabetes test strips from the comfort of their home or while they are out and about. Two of those discoveries concerning health and vitamin consumption are ORAC values and vitamin absorption.

[Disclaimer free interpretation] ORAC Values really are quite simple to understand. In Layman's terms, ORAC scores or values are a way of measuring the power a food may have in aiding or preventing disease. With all the toxins we are exposed to on a regular basis, the ORAC value of foods may play an important role in our every day health plan. The higher the ORAC value, the more potent a food or combination of foods is believed to be; the higher ORAC values basically translate to the power or ability a food may have to combat current or help prevent future health issues. Whether or not there is a risk in consuming too high amounts of ORAC has still yet to be determined.

The study of vitamin absorption has recently been shaken with the up and coming introduction of liquid vitamin supplements. Digestion of traditional tablet form vitamins was usually taken up by both the lymphatic system and circulatory system for eventual distribution to the cells of the body. Liquid vitamins threw a curve ball into the vitamin game because not much breakdown by the intestines is needed. Liquid vitamins are likely able to be absorbed by the body and distributed in a faster manner primarily via the lymphatic system. This method of vitamin absorption and distribution is faster because the nutrient rich liquid vitamin contents of the lymphatic system merge near the heart into one vessel that carries the contents throughout the rest of the body via the circulatory system - resulting in complete whole body distribution.

GBG 10-in-1 Liquid Multi Formula is one of the only multi vitamin supplements currently on the market that is a liquid and matches or exceeds the Daily Recommended Intake (DRI) of vitamins. Just take a look at the image to see how it lines up with the Daily Recommended Intake. 10-in-One is sugar-free (it could be safe for diabetics), has zero net carbs, zero calories, and zero trans fats! It also totes a hefty ORAC score of 2,500 units. And as if that's not enough, you can even get a bottle on recurring shipping for only $19.95 each month. That's a great price to pay for a stock pile of vitamins and more all in one supplement.

Your busy lifestyle doesn't need to come to a stop - just a hault so you can take your daily complete liquid vitamin supplement. A simple all in one formula like GBG 10-in-1 offers both nutrition as well as speed and convenience so you don't have to worry about your bodies vitamin consumption. Not only are you supplementing your body with needed vitamins and minerals, you are also providing it with essential nutrients that should allow your body to work in harmony with itself if you are trying to achieve weight loss.

I keep seeing ads for

gbg that say they have the VitaVeggie blend and it really bothers me that GBG took that out of the formula quite a while ago. I stopped taking GBG then and take NHR instead.

I have been very successful with my business - Thank you

BUY NHR Ultra - It has VitaVeggie!!

@rajesh8884 - thanks for your kind words!

@Mary - I hadn't heard of VitaVeggie being in GBG and I've been with them for a year - maybe I overlooked it? I'm sure if they took it out of their formula, there was good reasoning for it. I'm happy with GBG - they're undergoing invitro clinical studies and working with the FDA to validate their claims and products, so I think that sets them ahead of NHR. I'm happy to hear you're doing well with NHR, but I don't like that the way they advertise and get reps is by going after GBG reps or customers. They launched after GBG and tried to copy GBG's 10-in-One product and pay plan, but so far haven't succeeded. I did look at NHR but I'll personally stick with GBG because they're more ethical, in my opinion...
