We're pretty easy to understand, when we say something, that's generally what we mean.  There are of course variances for which I'll give you some examples.

"Wow honey, you look great!"  =  You're coming off as attractive, at least at that moment.

"I'll do it tomorrow."  =  We can't be bothered right now with doing something that can easily wait until tomorrow.

"What's your friend's name?"  =  She's hot, possibly hotter than you.  Watch out for this one.

"Care for a drink?"  =  See "Wow honey, you look great." 

"Want a back rub?"  =  Back rubs lead to sex, so don't accept the back rub if you're not willing to part with your pants. 

"You go right ahead and go to the mall with (Sally)."  =  The game's on or coming on soon, please leave. 

"Yes, I'm sure I don't want to come with you two to the mall.  Have fun!"  =  Don't make this difficult.

"Me and the guys."  =  Myself and some male friends.  We're not stupid enough to admit to being with a female friend so just accept it that we have them and don't make a big deal out of it.

"I love you."  =  I love you.  At least until you screw it up.
