"Tipp City is a great place to live. It is quite & has a small town feel. The downtown is filled with little shops and two really great restaurants," says Chrissy.

You feel safe as you walk anywhere in town and a walk downtown to visit the antique shops and little shops is an easy walk. I loved Tipp City and miss it often. You are 15 minutes from Dayton, an hour from Columbus and Cincinnati...it was a great place. I would still be there if my grand kids weren't in living out the state of Ohio."

"Don - I have worked with Tipp Ambulance and love the town! It’s real close to everything - including a major mall and theater, but very friendly and quaint. They really take pride in their community and it shows during holidays," reports Jim.
