The TVI Express compensation plan is what’s called a ‘revolving matrix”.  When you get started you are placed on the ‘Travelers Board”.  Your immediate goal is to sponsor at least two people.  What’s interesting about the TVI matrix, is that every person on a particular board is actually working together to fill that board.  When the board fills, the top position moves to the “Express Board” and earns a $500 commission.  The rest of the board “splits” forming two new boards.  It is then up to the people on the new boards to fill it.

Once on the express board, you must qualify your position by having two people in your down line come to the express board.  The express board works in the same manor as the traveler’s board.  When you “cycle” off the express board, you earn $10,000.00 commission and a $5000.00 travel voucher.  You are then re-entered onto the express board in one of the bottom positions and you cycle through again, hence the name ‘revolving matrix’.

There are a couple of interesting features within the TVI Express comp plan that allow the aggressive marketer to advance through the boards very quickly.  When any give board ‘splits’ and two new boards are created, the TVI computer system will place the positions on the new boards by giving priority to anyone who has one or two people under them already.  Because of this, it is possible to ‘jump’ levels and people.
