I have bought these pills and have suffered bad headaches and a weird feeling of what I can only decribe as spaceyness (i know no such word, but describes it perfectly). i have now poured them into the toilet. i would not recommend buying these pills. they are a total waste of money, I'm going to go back to the gym and eat healthy. best and safest option...

What's interesting to note that contrary to its name, this medicine does NOT actually contain any ephedra. The name "Ephedrasil Hardcore" is used to make users think that it provides the same effect that products that contain ephedra did in the past. This diet pill does not contain any "crazy" or new ingredients that other pills on the market do not, just same ingredients in a different package. Also, no diet pills that you buy at the nutriotion is approved by the FDA. The only diet pills that are aproved by the FDA are the ones you would get with prescription from your doctor.

sorry to say but these pills rock. i have lost about 16 pounds in only a month. sorry it didnt work for you guys. i personally praise them
I like them also. I was a doubter and ordered the pills and then cancelled them to get the first bottle free to test. I did lose 15 lbs in that month. I used them for a month and never used them again. However, I have started taking many of the ingredients by way of supplements and still FEEL GREAT. BOOKOO energy, clear thought just like when I was on the Atkins diet but I can eat carbs and whatever I want. Mind you, after the 1st month with these pills I no longer ate the amount of food I did in the past. They must have helped me shrink my stomach due to surpressing my appetite. Maybe that was all the boost I needed. For healthy people it does not do harm you, it did not harm me. At least not any more than vitamins do. I have always taken vitamins but now I added many of the ingredients from the pills. Try it, You'll like it!
