What a beautiful body!
74We all know that men buy those top shelf magazines because the women in them are sexy, toned and tanned, and it can often make us feel inferior. But it doesn't need to be that way. There are a few simple and easy steps yo can take to looking good!
Men normally always want what they cant have, hence why they love those magazines, the idea of a perfect woman standing before them drives them crazy.. so why not give them that woman? (by that I mean you)
Here's my top tips for looking good, without the help of clothes!
Exercise
Those girls don't look that good because they sit around all day doing their hair and make-up.. they look that good cause they spend about 2 hours a day, if not more, slaving away down the gym.
Now if its really important to you to have a 'perfect' gym bod then be my guest and spend all that money to become a member... but for me, all that money can be put towards much better things!
You need to work out an exercise plan that suits you and your lifestyle. Maybe its running, or yoga.. it really doesn't matter as long as your keeping yourself fit and active. Try running for an hour every day, or doing yoga for an hour. Or 100 sit ups before bed every night. Keep it regular and you'll soon notice the improvement.
Plus all this exercise will boost your stamina!
Eat Well
Stuffing your face with chocolate and cakes wont help either... try replacing snacks like biscuits and chocolate with fruit or nuts; or both!
Try to cut out fast food, refined foods and saturated fats. Eating healthy doesnt have to be boring! and it can be a lot cheaper to!
Give your body its 5-a-day and you'll reep the benifits of beautiful skin and a healthy body, and you'll feel better too.
Exfoliate
If you want your skin to look as good as it can you need to exfoliate it. This will remove all the dead skin on the surface and leave you radiant and soft.
It may surprise you to know that when standing behind someone on an escalator we inhale approximately 2/3 or their bodies dead skin cells.
We shed our skin every day, so removing it is more important that you'd think.
You can buy body exfoliators at any Boots or Superdrug store, and they can range in price but they all do the same thing.
If your strapped for cash try making your own... Mix some olive oil with some rock sea salt and scrub over you whole body, then rinse well. The olive oil in this will also help to moisturise your skin!
Moisturise
Moisturising your skin is very important and you should do it every day. Its the key to keeping skin soft, supple and hydrated and will also help prevent premature ageing.
Make sure you don't moisturise wet skin, it wont help at all. Apply moisturisers to towel dried skin while your still warm.
Tanning
Now for some who may have naturally tanned skin this wont be a problem but, if like me your as white as a sheet then this can make you feel rather unattractive. Lets face it we look sexier when were brown.
Tanning is very dangerous for us, the effects of UV light on are skin and bodies is damaging and can result in skin cancer. Stay away from sun showers and sun beds, any close contact to UV light is not a good idea. When ever your in the sun always apply SPF to your face and body, and moisturise afterwards.
If you want a tan get a spray tan! Its how i tan, and yes it can be annoying when it starts to fade but its the best way to tan your skin. And you don't peel afterwards!
Now all you need is a cute an sexy little combi from La Senza and you'll have him all to yourself!
