It is the age old debate that has many people discussing whether Mini cheddars are crisps or biscuits!

I personally think they are crisps. They come in crisp-like packets and are sold right next to the crisps! therefore they are crisps. For those who can remember, there used to be the crinkle mini cheddars that were clearly crisps, another reason why they are crisps!!

There are some people who say that mini-cheddars are biscuits. Mcvities website says its a good alternative to crisps and they say its a biscuit but they say that the customer is always right...so therefore they're crisps!

Lets open the conversation up a bit more...Jaffa cakes. Are they a biscuit or cake?! I would say biscuit but many people object and say its a cake due to its texture! My arguement (like the one with mini-cheddars) they come in a biscuit-like package.
