Movies for Kids

A lot of movies for kids are out in the market. Its up to you to choose what you wanna see. Here are my suggestions:

1) DO THE ALPHABET by Sesame Street - This is really great. My daughter who was just 10 months old when she first saw this movie, kept on watching it until now that she is 1 yr. & 7mos. Other kids around our place who were 4yrs. old & below enjoyed this movie very much when I let them in our house a month ago. Its because of its lively music and easy to follow "lectures".

2) THE LITTLE MERMAID - This is classic. I recommend this to children not just below five years old, but to any age bracket. The story, the animation, and most specially the music are all awesome.

3) DORA THE EXPLORER - All its episodes are truly educational, especially those with spanish dialogues. The kids in my place love to say Gracias to anybody around them while watching this movie.

4) Barney and Friends

5) Walt Disney Movies - like Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Snow White and the seven dwarfs, and so many others.

That's true about the Little Mermaid. My friend's child watched it every day for 2 years, from ages 3-4!

Let's welcome, then, our kids and our kid's friends to the world of ARIEL... I love the movie as well...Until now, I watched it together with the kids.

By the way, my first suggested movie should have been DO THE ALPHABET... I forgot to type the "DO"... I already memorized the songs featured in there.

Thanks Patti...Have a nice day ahead.

I have a two year-old daughter and her favorite movies, although she rarley will sit through an entire movie at her age are the follwing:

1) Curious George (the one with Will Ferrell) - This is a great movie with something always happening and will be enjoyed by both you and your children.

2) Finding Nemo - She loves animals and fish, so abviously she likes this movie.

3) Cars - My daughter is a music fan and she likes to sing along with the movie especially Rascal Flatts -Life is a highway.

4) Cartoons etc - She also watches Blues Clues which helpos with counting and letts etc and also 1/2 hour cartoons such as Curious George, Micky Mouse Clubhouse, Arthur and Clifford the Big red Dog.
