Smile

The first thing men notice in women is their smile. Smiling lights up your face; brings it to life and really shows off your beauty. The energy and glint in the eye of a smiling face is exciting and immediately demands attention. We are all at our most attractive when we are smiling. There is something in human nature which makes us attracted to a smile. Happiness is what we all want; if we can see that in an individual through the glimpse of a cheeky smile it will make us more attracted to them as we strive to be around that happiness and take a bit for ourselves.

Excitement

Just like everyone else, us men love a bit of excitement. Excitement can be found in many ways - behind the wheel of car or maybe out on the sports field. However, excitement can also be found in people. Different men can be excited by different women and different things. But in general all men love to have fun and do new things. Just ask yourself if you have ever gone out for the day with someone you didn’t previously feel particularly attracted to and had a really great day, laughing and joking, experiencing new things etc etc. Then, after having such a great time, you start to look at that person differently and think to yourself ‘actually that person is really great’ or ‘wow, I’d never realised how gorgeous he is!’ This is perfectly natural! When we share fun and exciting times with people we become more attracted to them and want to be with them more and more. Being part of those exciting moments with someone you like could be the key to your success!

Eyes

This is one of the first things I notice in women and one of the most attractive weapons you women have in attracting us men! Eyes can tell you so much about a person, their state of mind. Are they happy or sad? Distant or loving every minute? They can reveal so much about the other person’s feelings towards you. Big beaming eyes can catch your attention; they have a wonderful ability to reel you in. Seeing passion and excitement in someone’s eyes as they talk to you is very seductive, it makes you want to listen and you find yourself beginning to feed off of their enthusiasm and join in their passion and excitement. These mutual feelings bring you closer together and strike a connection between you which can be electric. Also, the eyes can reveal your innermost feelings and when we feel privy to someone’s innermost feelings we begin to feel very close to them and form a deep attachment to that person. Therefore, revealing your innermost passions to someone you like through bright, piercing eyes is a great way to get closer to that person.

Conviction

Having the strength of mind and conviction in your beliefs is an incredibly attractive personality trait. Every single one of us are attracted to great people, people who are passionate and people who follow what they believe in – think of John F Kennedy or Martin Luther King. These people inspire others and it is these feelings of inspiration that attract us to them. Now obviously we can’t all be President of the USA or great civil rights leaders, but we can all have the courage of our convictions and the strength of personality to know what is right and what is wrong and to act on it in our own small ways in our own lives. You don’t have to jump up and down and shout about it if that is not the sort of person you are, subtle means can often be the most powerful way of revealing your beliefs and convictions. But demonstrating these qualities reveals a certain confidence and aura about you which is hard to resist and will most definitely attract men to you. However, be careful…nobody likes someone who cannot listen to the points of others. So, whilst people will be attracted by your strength of character, this must not be as the cost of refusing to accept other points of view or putting others down. This just makes us appear arrogant and generally not very nice!

Self-respect

Although sometimes this may not seem the case because of what others may say or do, but trust me, NO men like a slut. If a man does like a slut, then it will be only for one night and he will only pretend to like her for one reason. If you really want a man to like you then playing the slut or throwing yourself at them is not the way to achieve this. What men like in women is a dignity and self-respect that shows they value themselves and reveals their very seductive self-confidence. A women valuing herself through self-respect is the true sign of confidence, not acting the slut. Men can see through the fake confidence of shallow women that are just for show (unless they want a one night stand, in that case they choose to ignore the fake confidence to get laid!). It is the self-respect in you that brings out your true qualities and it is this quietly confident self-assurance that will really get you the men you want.

Finally, and importantly, always remember to be true to yourself. Whilst it is normal to engage in strategic self presentation (creating a certain image of yourself that you think people will like) it is important to limit this behaviour as much as possible because pretending to be someone you are not gets very tiring and always breaks down in the end. It's best to be upfront and honest about who you are and have confidence that people will like and respect the person you really are.
