So simple, I need more things like this. Me lazy
Yes this is an easy quick meal. Even easier if you purchase fresh pasta from the supermarkets. It also works dry pasta.
Eileen,
Will endevour to supply you with a whole batch of recipes over time.
That also of course means to all my fans, and fans to be.
I love pasta, but please - what are marrows and rocket???
Karen Rocket is a herb that is rather peppery, I don't know any other name for it, but you can also use nasturtium leaves, watercress and whatever dark green, another good one is fresh baby spunach leafes, that you and the family enjoy.
As to the baby marrows, they are also known as Zucchini, hope you enjoy your next salad.
