 We all at some time or another have seen,read,or watched something on television, where that firm,chizzeled, perfect abed celebrity, or person we even know personally who consistently works out and watches what they eat and how much they eat and how they always look like a cover model. Then you step in front of a mirror and you look at your reflexion and just have to say "Ugh","Yuck", or are just frustrated that what we all looked like as youngsters have not goten wider in some areas of our body. And it is not untill that photograph or video is played before us that we realize that what we look like is not the "Us" we want to be.

I for one am not perfect, nor healthy by anymeans, but chances are with the right motivation and right exercise program I even can be slim again. But how can we change all of this, how can we turn the clock back in time and recpture the way we looked back then and make that what we look like now.

An Exercise Program

With any exercise program it is up to each of us to choose which one will be right for us. But if you are an amature to exercising then researching an exercise program online might be of some use to you. But for those of us who know something about exercising, can choose to go running with a small 15 min. warm-up followed by a brisk run ended with a 15 min cool down. If you don't like to run, then maybe walking is for you, either way we all must be properly streched and ready prior to either running or walking.

Other thing's you can do

  • Lift weights
  • Use a Treadmill
  • Work on problem zones
  • Yoga

Exercise routine

It is most important that once you begin to exercise, you will need to consistly stay on that routine each time you work out. But as well all know, it's not just exercise that will burn the fat and calories, it is eating right and know how much you eat along with it. Many people will tell you, just join Jenny Craig, South Beach Diet or read books on diets to make sure you know all there is to know.

Both Jenny Craig and the South Beach Diet have there advatages, but why do we need to be held to a program that promises to lose weight based on a food plan. However the food you get you might love, but it is pre-portioned and already counted for you, so all you have to do is heat it up and eat, what fun is that.

Exercise Benefits

There are many benefits to exercising like feeling good,looking good, and knowing that you look and feel the way you need to. But with any benefit, comes constent work and knowing that the end result will be how we imagine ourselves to be.

 Am I in any way suggesting that we are all overweight, in some way's it is how we each feel indivualy. But like many of my hub's, I am not asking for you jump up in the morrning and start exercising, but if your serious about how you look and feel, then please consult your local physcian before embarking on any and all exercising program.
