What do you do to Pamper Yourself after a Hard Day's Work?

Valuing yourself is the missing step in the manifestation process. We think a thought, we act on it, and ordinarily the desire will manifest, if and only if we feel worthy of it. In order to do that, we have to be in touch with ourselves, value ourselves, above and beyond any material desire. That everything is inside is true but we need to access that "inside" first. Books have been written on how to raise self esteem. Many of them. Why? Because no matter how much we say we want something, somewhere deep is a feeling that "I don't deserve it." The reason could be cultural, family, an unhappy childhood, a whole lot of them. Some of it have been embedded so long we don't remember it anymore.

So to feel worthy, we have to take care of ourselves. We also have to relinquish all the guilt feelings no matter where they came from. You have to want to value yourself and you have to want to let go of guilt, no matter where it came from. As Jesus Christ said "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do." Allow yourself the fact that if God can forgive, why can't you? First and foremost, forgive yourself. It makes it easier to forgive others.

Forgive yourself, forgive others, let go of the guilt that comes with hating another. Be free of it forever. Love yourself. You are absolutely worth it.

The poll below is a very rough but progressive way of looking at yourself, valuing yourself. If there is anything that I missed in the choices in the poll, please feel free to write them in the comments. The readers would appreciate it very much.

When working I relax with a meal in a restaurant. Atmosphere more important then classiness. Generally speaking the less classy the more friendly.

At weekends my relaxation is to go somewhere I cannot go during the week, a neighbouring city for example.

Most often what separates us from what we want, after we have already done our due diligence, is our doubt of whether we deserve it or not. We may say we do but unless we are convinced at the innermost level of our being, it will not happen.

Thanks so much.

Preferably sit still and clear the mind. You don't want the stress to continue.
