Have you ever wondered how much are you worth doing a mom's job? If a job description ever exists for a mother, it will probably look like this:

Ability to multi-task in a challenging and chaotic environment, able to respond to emergency calmly, able to juggle between different tasks efficiently like cooking, doing laundry, cleaning house, planning activities, scheduling appointments, shopping, chauffeuring kids around, coordinating vacations, planning special events, taking family pictures, helping kids with homework, separating fights between siblings, coaching kids to be independent, nurturing kids with love and kindness, counseling family members when needed to promote optimum mental health, playing with kids to create memories, balancing check book, paying bills on time, filing tax return, minimizing expenses, maximizing savings, finding bargains, willing to take on more responsibilities when sudden needs arise.

I had no clue how much a mother did until I became one. What a mother does is truly amazing, I don't think anybody can really put a price tag on this meaningful and demanding job. But if you are curious, you can go to Salary.com to figure out how much you are worth. I think the site is very cool because besides figuring out how much you are worth, you can also print out a check to remind you of your self-worth. Don't we all need a little reminder once in a while to keep us going. According to them I am worth a Six-Figure salary.

LOL Jennifer! This was pretty cool! What I would like to know is who signs my paychecks and where can I get them signed?
