Green tea can reduce the risk of developing colon, pancreas, bladder, stomach, and rectum cancer by sixty percent. Green tea consumption can decrease the LDL cholesterol, also known as the “bad” cholesterol. This is why people who drink larger amounts of green tea may eat twice the amounts of foods with high levels of cholesterol and have the same cholesterol level than those who don`t usually drink green tea.
