I have the secret weapon of all weapons. BCAA's!! Branch Chain amino Acids. They are Leucine, Isoleusine, and valine. They are directly responsible for preventing myscle breakdown and also rapidly healing your muscles after a hard workout. They are truly an amazing thing. I personally take them all the time and would suggest them to anyone. They will give you awesome solid results of pure muscle. They help repair your muscles quickly. You should Take them before you work out and again immediately after. I also suggest taking them before going to sleep so they can help speed up the recovery process. They will be the best bang for the buck. trust me!

BCAA's are responsible for all these things.

Sufficient Branch chain Amino acids, BCAAs, are necessary for optimum nitrogen retention & protein synthesis.

BCAA's make up one third of muscle protein.

BCAAs are anti-catabolic or they stop the break down of muscle tissue during exercise.

BCAAs exert an anticatabolic effect by reducing the breakdown of protein, thereby protecting muscle tissue.

BCAAs help with nitrogen retention .. sufficient nitrogen is necessary to avoid catabolic muscle loss.
