What is an ink blog?
An ink blog is any blog that is written primarily in digital ink. It doesn't matter what procedure you use to get your ink on the web. It's still an ink blog.
You could use various procedures.
1. Write post in Windows Journal.
Save the post as a image file.Upload image file onto blog.2. Use Windows Live Writer with the Ink Blog Plugin to post your ink.
Those are just two ways.
