Already imagined how it would be living your dream? A good way to begin is to realize that there are three elements, only three elements, that separate success from failure. If you apply one of the elements may be successful. With two, you'll probably be successful. With three, there is almost a guarantee of success.

What are these three elements? They are incredibly simple and the background we all know what they are. But the fact that the writing and use lines as a guide for choosing the dreams of our business makes all the difference. As you advance in this exercise will be to dramatically increase your chances of success. Nothing will be more important than this, decide how the three elements is essential to meet to achieve your dream.

1. Find a necessity!

Is there a niche market for your product or service in particular? Is the world, or even your community, that is the need to offer? Only to test and promote your product or service may be able to determine this with any degree of certainty, but we will address this issue in depth as we advanced. The most important proposal is to determine a value of your product or service. Many small businesses try to be mere copies of other companies. It is not possible to be equal to the other and still prosper in a volatile economy.

One of the most important things we learned throughout our careers is that there are only two things that should be given importance and everything else is inconsequential by comparison. These two things are (1) What really want? and, equally or more importantly, (2) Are we willing to do whatever to achieve it?

What you want, really, to deal with this? What is your ultimate goal? Is he willing to do whatever it takes to achieve it? Instead of looking for a business that does make much money from the start, look for something that you awaken passion. The most successful people are those carried out and follow a dream or a vision itself. Do not go only to see it get some money.

What can seize opportunities? It is a question easy to make and very difficult to answer. Depends on many factors: their education, the environment where they live, their family, their tastes, and a number of other factors more or less unpredictable. But it also depends on you, its proactive and curiosity. Of care it provides to world we live.

Mark Zuckerberg, 25, created the Facebook from his willingness to meet and socialize with friends. Richard Branson has identified dozens of opportunities throughout their life of entrepreneur who is based in its staff to observe the life, creating the Virgin.

You must give a sense of uniqueness to your product and service. What can you offer that nobody else can? It will be a better warranty, a service of superior customer support, more technical, faster transmission or lowest price? Think of something that will make it different from the competition and describe in detail what the difference.

The Value Proposal should show quite clearly:

     * Which will offer its customers,
     * Why should buy your product to you and not your competition.

2. Be good at what it does.

It is as good or better than the other when it comes to produce or advertise your product or service? This requires an honest self-analysis. "What are my capabilities?" To determine this, you must make an honest inventory of ourselves. Examine all possibilities and be sure to include the strengths and weaknesses. Do the strengths to overcome weaknesses?

Learn where in life. Today, knowledge evolves very rapidly in any area is. Try to remain as present as possible in your area of knowledge, knowing that the day to find that dominates much about a certain subject and not have to change more ... was!

3. Feel a real passion for what it does.

If there is something that really must be present, is the passion. The passion is an energy that shapes our attitude so irresistible and generates power. Feel passion when working on your product or service? There is much competition that is more than willing to "eat for breakfast" when it comes to being the best. You can find the same market niche. They may also like to do that. But what separates the winners from losers is the passion.

What really arouses your passion? If your answer is "My passion is the money." Then that answer is wrong. The win big money is a consequence of being involved in a business of success that we are motivated for the time necessary to achieve this success. The secret to creating passion is to discover and do what you really like. The passion is our creative power. Do not create passion in anything. (It is important not to confuse passion with being a workaholic. This obsession devours while amplifies the passion.)

Here then the three key elements to achieving success with a small company.
