This thing is real. it is just a matter of time till it is shown officialy to the public. It would be sad if the govt has such technology(antigravity , limitless space travel and maybe time travel), and could help the world with this stuff in so many ways and they are keeping it secret to have a military advantage. They say its built at boeing phantom works. People have seen it make a huge orb around itself then flash. And it has been seen by many people flying over cities and roads, where people are.

All those people speculating about how this is "impossible" because of the use of nuclear power are missing the claim that nuclear power is not used for thrust, but for modifying the "mass" of the vehicle, that is assuming the claim is true. So the nuclear power source is only used to supply electricity, by a turbine or thermoionic generation, or both, which is then used to electrically accelerate a plasma to relativistic speeds. In principle everything suggested is plausible, although no known materials would allow actually building a toroidal enclosure strong enough to withstand the forces involved before breaking appart... notice I said "Known" materials. who knows what secret/classified materials may exist, and what other missing pieces of the puzzle there could be.
Maybe the story is designed to be plausible but is just disinformation, you must consider that possibility.... although people report having seen these, so who knows.

Many of you are clueless. This planet has been "visited" for a very long time, and the government has had working free energy devices for over 50 years. What you think of "government" is only a shell, of the true power which was taken primarily through the creation of intelligence agencies, banking institutions, Foreign Councils at the whims of ancient Fraternal Societies. These guys do not work for humanity- so please wake up. What they seek is something so beyond our scope to understand that stupid conspiracy theories emerge to explain it. The TR-3B is real and is imperfect due to the beings who gave us the initial knowledge not fully wanting us to have advantages over them. I am sure, they have other projects on the way which would eclipse this vehicle...it's time to wake up
This is real , I know because I saw it myself in Anaheim, CA. I just so happened to look up behind me and a black triangle craft with 3 lights on each corner with a light in the middle flew right over us almost rotating as it flew, and disappeared over the building. It made absolutely no noise, which I thought was crazy because it was pretty low. One thing I can't figure out is how nobody else noticed it, because it was flying in a city. I did notice that the craft almost looked like it was invisible, which was even more weird, but also lead me to believe that there is some kind of light-bending technology involved that creates some kind of optical illusion making the craft "invisible" to the human eye.. And the only reason why I was able to see the craft was because I looked in the direction of the sun, which was behind the building it flew over.. The sun light emanating around the building must have uncovered the craft. This thing is crazy thought because it makes absolutely NO NOISE and can fly in movements no other aircraft can make.
also , if there is some kind of light-bending technology which makes this craft invisible to the human eye, then this would explain why video camcorders or still cameras pick up the craft in photos and video. Due to the shutter speed in a camera only a certain level of light hits the lens. Same for VHS or hi-8 video camcorders based on their FPS.. This would explain why the craft would become visible when 75% of the sun light is being blocked from the visible direction of the craft... I doubt they would fly these crafts over cities too often without incorporating some type of light-bending technology to make them "invisible" to the human eye.. Try this, take a video camcorder and aim it up towards the sun. Block the sun with your thumb or a piece of cardboard. Tape for at least 20-30 minutes. You'll see all sorts of stuff picked up by the camera not visible to the human eye.

This is so amazing. I find it interesting that if this device was already prototyped over 10 years ago- can you just IMAGINE what the military has NOW that the general public does not know about- it's mindblowing. I start to read about nanotechnology and start to smell wood burning and have to stop.....Great hub!
