The Myth
You’ve heard the rumour. It might even be classed as an Urban legend by now. Guys think about sex every seven seconds. So what’s does that mean? Thanks, I’ll have a double hamburger with fries and a sachet of ‘sexy’ sauce please, miss foxy? I bet there’s plenty of women out there who would beg to disagree, Monsieur! The truth is, everyone thinks about sex! But what the real question has to be, is, what REALLY does crawl around inside a mans mind? It’s hard to believe the rumours when you see him throwing beer down his top and screaming at the referee! Please, it’s just too ridiculous for words….

Does attraction matter?
Do you know the other classic? ‘All women think about is doing their nails‘. Nice idea, but there is an alternative reason for that. And you know what that is, don’t you? All the better to scratch your eyes out with! Men can deny it all they want. Research shows that physical attraction is a top priority for men. But the fact is, everyone is drawn to something beautiful. Whether that be a woman to a man, a view or any inanimate object you can think of. We all want it to look good. Why else would a women spend all HIS hard earned cash on a pedicure. Believe, they’d much rather spend it on chocolate, (most of the time!).

The Reality
Men think all they want is a ‘nice’ girl, and, generally, they do. But they have a whole lot of other things on their list. They want that ‘nice girl’ to clean the house, cook the dinner and most importantly, be a babe! On top of that, they want that babe to be permanently on call, catering for their every whim, with absolutely no desire to seek personal fulfilment in any way. I’ll leave you to think about that one! AND, as if that wasn’t enough, they also want their women to pay their way. No sitting around on your watch eh guys? So tell us, all you Adonis‘s out there! Please. Exactly what does it take to keep a guy happy?

The Irony of It All
Ultimately, a guy wants a woman who is attractive to him. Both emotionally and physically. That’s what will REALLY keep him happy. Whether he gets it or not, is a whole new conversation. The truth is, most guys will take the safe bet, and that generally isn‘t miss glamour puss, with men falling at her feet all day long. It’s the ultimate irony of the man, woman dynamic, and there’s no getting away from the fact. The thing a man wants most of all, is his ego intact.

Men don’t even know what matters to them most. Trying to keep up with the everyday turmoil existing between his mind and body. Would be enough to drive a girl to the Nunnery!
