What meakes a human develop into a right handed OR left handed person?
61It's all in your genes
The determination of wether someone is left or right handed is as simple as your genetic make up. If you have two parents who are right handed, the chances that you will be right handed are very high. If one parent is left handed and the other is right handed the chances of you being right handed are higher than left because right handed is the dominant trait, however you still might end up a lefty. If both your parents are lefties, chances are you will be one too.
There are some people who do not have a dominant hand or their large motor skills and fine motor skills are opposite hands. There are also some people who have learned to write or do things with their nondominant hand. For instance, although my mother is left handed, she was forced to learn to write with her right hand.
Hope that gives you at least a basic answer to your question!!

This explanation is wrong. Im left handed and neith of my parents or grandparents are left handed, actually im the only one in my entire family. And it isn't a dominant/recesive gene, and other factors can influence whether you are left handed, eg high levels of testosterone in the womb.
In your explanation if left handedness was a recessive gene than if both you parents were left handed then you would definightly be left handed, that is not true.
Being left handed is not recessive and being right handed is not dominant.
Thank you for your explaination and input
