Some nights back a thought occurred to me which I do not always play about in the mind. Now this thought can be said to have been triggered by some of the advertisements which I saw on the TV and primarily all these were meant for the fairer sex. It got me thinking about of the key factors needed for the existence of human survival. And that is food. Now my thoughts were concentrated about the amount of respect and appreciation which was always handed over to this thought…food.
There is no dearth for food stuffs in a developed nation. There has been tremendous increase in the variety of foodstuffs in the last couple of years thanks to the government regulations regarding the quality control of the food stuffs being imported and widely available in the country. This has also lead to the pavement of ethnic foods in the country. Even when we are surrounded with such food stuffs, humans always have this feeling of uncertainty in the back of their heads when it comes to food. They tend to worry about the calorie content, protein content of the food items which they are in taking. This worrying is done at least once in their lifetime.
Even I have taken care of my pot-belly and have spent a few sleepless nights thinking over it. This was primarily due to the fact that I wanted to appear to appear healthy at least to my kids and wife. We always tend to blame up the food for the cause of your obesity. In the present society food is always considered as a sort of a second child and will be given importance and ushered into the limelight only when it starts creating problems. People tend to complain about the food articles instead of staying fit by doing exercise.
