Enjoy in moderation

First let me state clearly that one should enjoy their food on the Atkins diet. This means that I have enjoyed steak and eggs as well as cheese and other foods that are not allowed on a low fat diet. In fact I have lost over 30 pounds eating these kinds of food in MODERATION.

Oh no I let the cat out of the bag !

Because after a few days of doing the Atkins diet correctly your cravings get less and you eat in a much more normal fashion then when somone is on a sugar binge.
