I personally love to read this testimony of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ in our day. Many would and are perpetuating doctrine that would claim that Mormons, or members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints are not Christians.
I don't know how anyone, particularly after reading the "declaration" by these living prophets, could then go away and continue to believe and falsely speak of such an untruth - that Mormons are not Christian...
Unless that cause alone... is their reason for making such a blatantly false claim about members of the LDS Church.
I JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW...
Just the other day, on another one of my Hubs, I had the most wonderful comment. Basically... they said that they NOW KNOW that the mis-information about the Mormons, is just that... incorrect information. This fellow Hubber, also said that she was glad that I was here.
I cannot begin to tell you want that meant to me, to hear someone acknowledge the out-right truth of my reason for being here and speaking so boldly.People don't get bold... unless it is necessary in the face of that which is not true.I personally believe, that there is a big difference between being "bold" and being "loud"....Loud people are bullies without legs... because when people become "bold" - it is not possible to be bold and not have to exercise some amount of "courage". It takes a level of "courage" to be bold!

When people must become "bold" -- it is that which compels them to be so... something true and right, which cannot be buried, under any circumstances. Therefore - they have "legs" on which to firmly stand in the face "boldly" of great opposition; which does not have truth but brawn only... which ultimately gets old, rickety and weak.
Bullies cannot stand in the face of boldness - when it decides to take it's STAND.
Today.... I am humbled to STAND and say that I am here to continue to share that which I am passionate about the truths that are taught therein...
And that is, the Gospel of Jesus Christ. His passion, is my passion. I am passionate about these men, that He has called in these latter days, to bear witness of Him - BOLDLY!

This was a question that was recently posed in a meeting of the LDS Church that I attended... Sacrament meeting, which is the Mormon's main Sabbath Day meeting.That is an amazing question... It is a very thoughtful question to entertain, and yet a very serious consequence to uncover...But, here is what it means - 1. That I can testify that a "truth" is so, by and through the Power of the Holy Ghost. 2. I personally can testify that... "A Prophet of God, taught me this..." 3. What a beautiful and wonderful blessing it is - to know - with certainty - that God has prophets upon the earth - today... to "mark" the way to Look to God - and not to man...

I couldn't agree with you more. When we understand the prophecies and doctrines taught in The Old Testament, it will become crystal clear, that not only was there a complete apostasy - as prophesied, but we now stand in the "Days" where The Church of Jesus Christ has been restored - as predicted.
Many good Christians today, are not true students of The Old Testament. However, they are excellent students of the New Testament. It is my personal opinion, that unless you have studied both of these ancient scriptures -- you will most likely not accept a restoration and Living Prophets upon the earth today.
Christians claim both the "old" and "new" testaments of Jesus Christ - but seem to not understand the "old" -- so they ignore it for the most part. Modern-day revelation is marvelous, allowing us to see with crystal-clear clarity - both the first witness and the second witness of Jesus Christ, contained in The Holy Bible.
Members of the LDS Church, embrace The Bible and all of its teachings. They are very personal to me - and have strengthened my testimony of the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ - beyond words.
I too, love The Old Testament.

After reading the Old Testament I am absolutely convinced that having a prophet to lead Gods children is essential to His plan in redeeming all His children. Prophets are special witness of Jesus Christ. They boldly testify to people to follow Christ and His gospel.
